Columbia Academy, LLC (hereinafter "we" or "us") reserves the right to change or modify these rules and regulations at its sole discretion at any time without prior notice. Tuition and Fees

We endeavor to offer you competitive tuition and fess on our educational services. We reserve the right to change tuition and fees for our educational services at any time without prior notice, and do not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price drop or promotional offering. All prices are in the U.S. Dollars. The tuition balance is due by the beginning of the course/program. If a student has an unpaid tuition balance after the course/program begins his/her place in the class may be forfeited. Students may be required to purchase a textbook or other instructional materials. These fees can be paid when students purchase their books.

Payment Methods

We accept checks, cash, and money orders. Personal checks are accepted in payment of your balance. All checks and money orders must be in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. bank to be accepted. They should be made payable to the Columbia Academy, LLC, and should include the student's name on the front of the check. In the event your personal check is returned to us unpaid by your bank, you will be assessed a $35 service charge.

Returns and Refund Policy

We make every effort to provide our customers with the highest quality educational services that meet individual needs, requirements, and expectations of every student. If a student withdraws in the first half of his/her program, a refund of 25% of the remaining balance will be granted. No refunds will be granted after a student has completed half of his/her program.

We may provide links to other websites or resources. Links to external, third-party websites or links to this site by any other sites, do not signify or imply our endorsement of or relationship with, or acceptance of any responsibility for their content or use. We have no control and make no representations as to the content, quality, suitability, functionality or legality of any sites you can access deliberately or inadvertently from the Site and to which we may provide links and we are not responsible for their content or polices. You hereby waive any claim you might have against us with respect to such sites and their operators. While you may order goods and/or services through the links to third-party websites all matters concerning such goods and/or services, including, but not limited to, purchase terms, payment terms, warranties, guarantees, maintenance and delivery, are solely between you and the third-parties with whom you have chosen to do business. We make no warranties or representations whatsoever with regard to any goods and/or services provided by those third-parties. Children's Online Policy

We are committed to the preservation of online privacy for all of its Web site visitors, including children. The Site may contain errors and omissions relating to description of the services we offer, tuition and fees, and availability. We also reserve the right to cancel any offered services (classes, programs, etc.) in the event of an error or omission in the description, including tuition and fees, unavailability, or other reason.
